Daggett County MBA approves $308,770.19 in invoices and disbursements

Board Member Matt Tippets called the Daggett County Municipal Building Authority meeting to order at 9:34 a.m. on June 2 in the Daggett County Courthouse in Manila and online. The board unanimously approved a package of financial actions including minutes, reports and payment registers.
Board Member Randy Asay moved to approve the minutes from May 26, 2026 with a date correction; Board Member Jack Lytle seconded and the motion passed on a unanimous vote of the three board members present (Matt Tippets, Jack Lytle and Randy Asay). The Recorder/Treasurer’s Office provided an MBA Cash Summary dated May 29, 2026 and an MBA Accounts Receivable Report; Lytle moved to acknowledge receipt, Asay seconded, and the board unanimously acknowledged the reports.
The Auditor’s Office presented an Open Invoice Register dated May 28, 2026 totaling $57,834.02. Lytle moved to approve the register, Asay seconded, and the board voted unanimously to approve the invoices. Later the Auditor presented the MBA Disbursement Summary for May 21–May 28, 2026 in the amount of $250,936.17, with a void amount of $869.47; Lytle moved to approve the disbursement summary, Asay seconded, and the board approved it unanimously.
Combined, the approved invoice register and disbursements total $308,770.19. The meeting record shows each motion’s mover and seconder and records unanimous yes votes by the three board members present. The board then moved on to other business and adjourned at 9:43 a.m.
