Town Manager presents evaluation matrix as she nears first anniversary

Town Manager Jessica Cyr, nearing one year in office, presented a performance evaluation matrix to the Select Board during the July 7 work session and requested input.
The matrix outlines eight evaluation categories: leadership; communications and community relations; prior year goals; organization; financial management; personnel management; board support and relations; and town operations and infrastructure. Cyr asked each board member to provide two comments in any of the eight categories and noted an open comments field on the back of the evaluation form for additional suggestions.
The board did not complete the evaluation at the meeting; Cyr asked members to return their feedback to staff for compilation.
