Commissioners asked whether staff knew the artist’s private pay amount and asked staff to confirm the mural colors seen on site matched the approved rendering; staff said they would verify with the artist.
A commissioner moved to approve the grant to cover the design-review fee and the motion passed unanimously, 7-0.
