The board also scheduled its grant wrap-up discussion for the March 17 meeting and accepted Bollinger's invitation to attend an SWRPC discussion on regional collaboration slated for Feb. 10. Members said they wanted the mailer sent ahead of Candidate Night so voters would have clear, mailed information about proposed changes in advance of campaign outreach.
Next steps: Bollinger will confirm layout and address-box sizing with Savron Graphics; Robidoux will arrange printing and delivery. The board expects the mailer to be distributed before Candidates Night.
