Council to consider agreement extending MoDOT approval deadline for East Pine Street crosswalk

A council member moved the item to the May 18 voting session and the motion carried. No funding was added or changed at the May 4 workshop; the amendment only extends the approval timeline to accommodate MoDOT processes.
