After a brief opportunity for questions, the board called for a roll-call vote. Members voted in the affirmative and the motion to adopt the revised policy carried.
The change clarifies the district's administrative remedy for chronic, unexcused absence and instructs staff on the make-up calculation; staff will implement the change before the upcoming school term.
