The Montrose County Local Liquor Licensing Authority voted Nov. 6 to renew two liquor licenses after county staff reported no concerns.
Brie Ortega, deputy city clerk for the City of Montrose, presented a lodging-and-entertainment liquor license renewal for Camp B LLC at 31412 EE 26th Road, Naderita, Colorado 81422. Ortega said planning and the sheriff's offices raised no concerns and that required documents and fees had been filed. A commissioner moved to approve the renewal; the motion was seconded and carried on an oral 'aye' vote.
Ortega then presented a tavern liquor license renewal for Richard Agnes, doing business as Cedar Bowl 3 Coins (listed address in the record). Again, staff reported no concerns and all documents were in order. A motion to approve the renewal was made, seconded and the board approved it by oral vote.
No public comments or objections were recorded on either license, and the licensing authority closed the session and returned business to the county commission.
