The Dunn County Airport Authority reported progress on a land purchase tied to a planned runway extension and heard a 30% design update for a Partial Parallel and Taxi Lanes project.
According to the minutes, Mackoff Kellogg law firm told the board the title review for the land purchase would be completed during the week of Jan. 12; The Title Team in Bismarck has produced a new abstract and an appraisal is underway. The minutes do not record a completed purchase or a closing date.
Bolton & Menk presented the design work completed to date for the 2026 Partial Parallel and Taxi Lanes project. The presentation covered excavation volumes, access-road needs, FAA requirements for future building heights and limitations on grading taxi lanes.
