Commissioner Tate Cymbaluk made the motion, which Commissioner Chris Brostuen seconded; the voice vote passed unanimously.
The move to a closed session was authorized by the state statute cited on the record; the commission did not disclose details of the economic development matter in the public minutes. After the motion to enter executive session, Commissioner Brad Bekkedahl moved to adjourn the meeting, a motion Commissioner Tate Cymbaluk seconded. The adjournment also passed by voice vote.
