Commission adopts resolutions to create downtown Parking Authority Improvement District 26-02

Commissioner Bekkedahl moved and Commissioner Bervig seconded to adopt resolutions 26-010 through 26-017; the motion carried 5-0. Juma said the resolution of protest will be brought back later as resolution 26-018.
