Montana Land Board unanimously approves timber sales, oil and gas lease, cabins minimum bid and easements

DNRC staff, including Shawn Thomas, Forestry and Trust Lands Administrator, and Trevor Taylor, Minerals Management Bureau Chief, answered board questions before the motion carried unanimously.
For the real-estate items, Knudsen moved to approve item 0325-3 (cabins and homesite minimum bid); Jacobsen seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Susie Hedalen, Superintendent of Public Instruction, moved to approve item 0325-4 (easements); Knudsen seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
All recorded motions were approved without recorded opposition. The meeting minutes list the action outcomes as "carried unanimously." The official record notes the Land Board adopted audio recordings as the official record; no roll-call tallies were provided in the minutes beyond the unanimous outcome.
