She asked whether anyone had questions; none were raised.
Alderman Dowd conducted the public hearing on Resolution R26039. He twice called for testimony in favor and in opposition; no members of the public spoke. He then closed the public hearing, stating, "resolution R26039 closed at 07:10PM." The transcript records no vote to adopt the resolution during the special meeting; the hearing was closed and the meeting adjourned shortly afterward.
