Committee members also raised concerns about K–5 and middle‑school coaching positions that have been reduced in the FY27 budget and about where Title I oversight will land after the planned retirement of Miss Fulton.
Committee members clarified roles on the chart and the status of director positions shared with the city. Miss Raymond proposed adding the words "shared service with the city of Nashua" to the Director of Technology box to make the arrangement explicit. She moved to approve policy CCA with that wording change and Miss Lamphere seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote; members responded "Aye."
The motion will be forwarded to the full Board of Education for final approval. The committee also noted that a fuller presentation of position control and any HR approvals will be presented at the upcoming full board meeting.
