RDA member proposes temporary project committee for Bonduel wayfinding signs

Rankin, citing material from a late-July WEDC Connect Communities training, said a project committee could be an informal, task-specific group that dissolves when the signage project is complete. He framed the effort as an opportunity to replace outdated and mismatched signs and to align wayfinding with a branding revamp under way by village staff. RDA member Brad Luepke said he was interested but wanted time to recruit additional participants.
The board did not take a formal vote; members agreed by consensus to revisit the proposal at the next meeting and to gather more participants and details before advancing a formal charge or timeline. The RDA did not set a membership list, budget, or schedule for the committee during this meeting.
