The board then voted to pay routine monthly bills: $15,658.59 from the General Account, $393.33 from the Utility Account and $54.04 from the Park Account (combined total $16,105.96). Aaron Hamilton moved to pay the bills and Tyler Ehrhart seconded. The minutes record that the motion was approved and specifically note that Chair James Childers abstained from that vote.
Earlier in the meeting Bruce Anderson moved to approve the February 11 meeting minutes; Tyler Ehrhart seconded and that motion was recorded as unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
The minutes do not specify a roll-call tally beyond the recorded abstention on the bills payment; trustees present were James Childers, Bruce Anderson, Tyler Ehrhart, Aaron Hamilton and Barbara Hutchison.
