On routine bills, the minutes record payments of $11,778.52 from the General Account, $365.42 from the Utility Account and $25.21 from the Park Account, for a combined total of $12,169.15. Barbara Hutchison moved to pay the bills and Aaron Hamilton seconded; the motion was approved but James Childers is recorded as abstaining from the bills vote.
