Loma Linda trustees approve Aug. minutes, accept financial report and clear routine bills; chair abstains

The Town of Loma Linda Board of Trustees approved the Aug. 13, 2024 meeting minutes, accepted the financial report and authorized routine monthly bill payments totaling $11,858.81 from the General Account and $216.94 from the Utility Account at its Sept. 9, 2024 meeting.
Aaron Hamilton moved to approve the Aug. 13 minutes; Tyler Ehrhart seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Town Clerk RaChelle Garman read the financial reports; Bruce Anderson moved to approve the financial report, Tyler Ehrhart seconded and the board approved the report unanimously.
On the payment of routine monthly bills, Aaron Hamilton moved to pay the amounts listed above and Bruce Anderson seconded. The motion carried but Chair James Childers recorded an abstention on that vote. The minutes do not record additional reasons for the abstention.
The board’s actions were recorded in the meeting minutes and signed by RaChelle Garman, Town Clerk, and James Childers, Chair, Board of Trustees. The minutes were posted on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2024.
The board adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
