At its July 14 meeting, the Braintree Planning Board approved routine as‑built acceptances and released bond funds for multiple completed projects.
Staff reported that 49 Vinedale Road, a single‑family house, and 639 Washington Street have verified as‑built plans and elevation certificates; the board approved staff requests and released bonds by voice votes. The board likewise authorized release of a $2,000 bond for work at 291 and 297 Washington Street after staff confirmed an as‑built filed in 2016.
The board also endorsed an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan connected to the Trammell Crow project and noted the developer has filed a demolition permit for the factory at 14 Plains Street; the Historical Commission will review that demolition on July 28.
Several hearings were continued without testimony to Aug. 18 (including 5 Vine Street and 60 Columbian Street), and the board closed the evening’s session by voice vote.
