Chairman Mike Yahn called the meeting to order at 6:49 p.m. The board approved the minutes from Oct. 8, 2025 — a motion to approve was made by Supervisor George Riedel, seconded by Supervisor Jamie Goodbear, and the motion carried. The clerk presented checks and vouchers numbered 18474 through 18498 plus 14 electronic funds transfers totaling $66,517.22; the clerk’s report was accepted by the board on motion.
Under Questions/Answers the minutes note there were no updates on the County Broadband Grant. Chairman Mike Yahn also said there are many old firefighter items and pictures in the firehall; he will inquire whether the local museum would accept those items.
The meeting record states that Chairman Yahn reviewed and read David’s roads report; the minutes do not include the full text of that report. After mail and vouchers were reviewed and signed, Supervisor George Riedel moved to adjourn, Supervisor Jamie Goodbear seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:13 p.m. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
