The Francestown Planning Board entered a non-public session at 6:51 p.m. on April 21 pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(e), and later voted to seal those minutes, saying divulgence would likely render the proposed action ineffective. The motion to enter non-public session was made by Chair Gerri Bernstein and seconded by Scot Heath and passed unanimously.
The board exited the non-public session at 7:11 p.m. on a motion by Sarah Pyle, seconded by Scot Heath, which also passed unanimously. Following the closed session, the board voted on a motion by Gerri Bernstein, seconded by Sarah Pyle, to seal the non-public minutes; that motion passed unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved its March 17, 2026 meeting minutes on a motion by Sarah Pyle, seconded by Betsy Hardwick. Other administrative items included an announcement that the Rules & Regulations Committee will meet June 9 at 6:30 p.m. and that the Master Plan Town Forum is scheduled for May 16 (time to be determined). The minutes note volunteers are being sought for the May 16 forum.
The meeting adjourned at 7:12 p.m. on a motion by Gerri Bernstein, seconded by Sarah Pyle. Minutes for the April 21 meeting were prepared by Sarah Morin and later approved on May 19, 2026.
