North Bay trustees enter closed session to consider mediation conditions

President Mark J. Schall called the North Bay Board of Trustees to order at 1:00 PM on Sept. 10, 2024, during a virtual Stand Up Meeting conducted by Zoom.
The board voted to enter a closed session under Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(a) at 1:01 PM after Constable Kristin Wright moved and Trustee Rick Cermak seconded the motion; the roll-call vote recorded President Schall, Trustee Cermak and Constable Wright as voting yes. Attorney Ryan G. Braithwaite of Stafford Rosenbaum then presented proposed mediation conditions during the closed session, recorded in the minutes as an "update on mediation results." No members of the public were recorded as present.
The board reconvened in open session at 1:26 PM after a motion by Constable Wright, seconded by Trustee Cermak, carried by roll call (President Schall: yes; Constable Wright: yes; Trustee Cermak: yes; Trustee Paul Schroeder: yes). Trustee Paul Schroeder had logged into the meeting after the motion to enter closed session and is recorded as voting when the board returned to open session.
Following the return to open session, Constable Wright moved to adjourn; Trustee Schroeder seconded and the motion carried with all in favor. The meeting adjourned at 1:27 PM.
