Board authorizes attorney to notify residents about private‑drive obstructions after police review

Trustee Paul Schroeder moved, and Constable Wright seconded, to authorize Attorney Eric Larson to draft a notice to all residents on private drives about removing obstructions; the motion carried unanimously at 7:28 PM.
The Board directed legal staff to prepare the notice; Shore Acres Drive (east of North Main Street) was not inspected and will require a separate follow up. Chief Sharrett also provided safety tips the Board authorized for inclusion in the village newsletter.
