A public works representative said the bid opening is scheduled for March 10, 2026. The Cooper committee will review a recommendation at its next meeting after bids are opened.
Acting chair said the full street committee report did not make tonight’s packet and would appear in the next council packet, and that Hines offered a brief verbal summary in the meantime.
Next steps: staff will report bid results and the Cooper committee’s recommendation to the council for approval of contractor selection and contract award.
