Parksley clerk reports progress on wastewater, water tower and LSLI projects; developer given $3,000 tap-fee estimate

Regarding the LSLI project, Lewis said the funding agreement has been fully executed, the town received its first invoice, and it can now submit for reimbursement; Councilman Henry Nicholson added that the project is over 70% complete.
On development costs, Lewis said a developer asked about water service line tap fees; the most fair quote found was from John Maynard at $3,000 per line, and the developer was informed of that estimate.
