The North Beach Planning Commission approved the town—s short-form annual planning report on Oct. 30 and approved the Aug. 28 meeting minutes as amended.
Rick, the town—s planning/zoning director, told the commission the town qualifies for the Maryland Department of Planning short form because of a low count of new residential permits and reported, "we issued in fiscal year 24, 8 residential permits." Staff said Jerome will sign the form and staff will submit it to the Maryland Department of Planning once finalized.
A motion to approve the August 28 minutes as amended was made, seconded and approved by verbal assent; the commission also indicated assent to approve the annual report in the meeting and staff will finalize the report for submission.
The commission did not record a detailed roll call vote in the transcript; the chair indicated the motions passed by unanimous verbal assent.
