Attendance recorded by Clerk Maryalice Brown, RMC, included Mayor DeGroff; Committeeman Herndon; Committeeman Mull; Solicitor William Burns; Engineer Thomas Leisse; OEM Chris Stopero; and CFO Kathleen Rosmando. Clerk Brown also reviewed the agenda with the committee before the closed session.
The minutes record that Resolution 2025-23 to enter executive session was "moved by Ms. Mull, 2nd by Mr. Herndon" and that the body voted "All in favor." After the closed session the minutes state it was "moved by Mr. Herndon, 2nd by Ms. Mull" to close the executive session and reopen the public portion; again the minutes record "All in favor." With no public comment, the minutes show Mr. Herndon moved and Ms. Mull seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:57 p.m.
