The Peachtree City Planning Commission voted to approve exterior building elevations for All Star Pediatrics, 19 East Brook Bend, after staff and the applicant described a paint-only update.
Staff said the one-story office/industrial building visible from Highway 54 would retain existing materials and that only paint colors would change. Jennifer Holloway, who identified herself as representing All Star Pediatrics, said the main body would be painted "Useful Gray," window and door trim would be "Urbane Bronze," and railings and porch elements would be "Iron Ore." The commission agreed the neutral palette blends with adjacent buildings and the surrounding environment.
A motion to approve the elevations was made, seconded and carried by voice vote. The chair declared the elevations "approved," and the commission moved on to the night's public hearing.
The action was limited to exterior paint and did not modify building materials or change land-use entitlements; staff recommended approval on the basis that the proposed colors meet the applicable provisions of the city's land development ordinance.
