The Presenter said that, in online code references, Title 37 still appears and that they could not find records confirming Title 31’s adoption; the Presenter requested the specific ordinance citation so staff could verify the code status.
The committee did not adopt the IPMC at the meeting; members asked staff to locate ordinance records and confirm whether Title 31 or Title 37 governs relevant property-maintenance provisions before any code change is proposed to council.
