Council opened the hearing on the ordinance, received no public comment, and adopted the ordinance by roll-call vote with four ayes (Councilmembers Rachelski, Marciniak, Hejzner and Council President Dennis Graham). Two members were absent. The ordinance is intended to create a cap bank that the borough can use in future budget years to increase appropriations within state statutory limits.
The clerk will publish required notices and the ordinance will return for any required administrative filings as provided under state law.
