Town Administrator Jonathan Teichert reported at the Jan. 10 council meeting that individuals have expressed interest in two lots the town owns on Doyle Child Circle. The council instructed staff to obtain updated appraisals on both lots and then advertise and accept sealed bids.
Teichert presented the town’s December 2016 financial statements earlier in the meeting; no sale occurred on Jan. 10. The appraisal and sealed-bid process is the next step before any transfer or sale can be completed.
