The commission also reviewed and confirmed park and facility addresses: Polka Ground and the Village shop are at 419 E Pulaski St.; the KC building and adjacent green space are at 429 E Pulaski St. Commissioners debated whether green-space reservations should carry a fee. Chairperson Stephanie Rodgers asked for a volunteer group to meet and propose reservation policies and fee options.
In public comment, Stacey Von Busch asked for permission to move forward with a grant application for picnic benches. Commissioner Adam Winkler raised an operational question about who would cover costs if porta-potties are damaged; no definitive policy or fiscal decision was recorded. The meeting adjourned at 7:51 PM after a motion by Shannon Beyersdorf, seconded by Ernie Allen.
