The minutes later list two action recommendations — acceptance of an agreement with Trane Technologies for a comprehensive energy assessment and approval of the middle school physical education/district athletic director hire — and record a motion by Smith, supported by England, that is shown as carried 4-0.
The minutes contain an internal inconsistency: during agenda approval the Trane agreement is listed as removed from the agenda, yet the action section later records a motion approving the Trane agreement.
