Ms. Darr then moved, seconded by Mr. Swanson, that Jim Latter be elected vice chair; that motion passed unanimously. Ms. Darr moved, seconded by Mr. Swanson, that Diane Holt be elected secretary; the motion passed unanimously. Earlier in the meeting Mr. Latter moved, seconded by Mr. Swanson, to approve the May 13, 2026 meeting minutes as amended. Ms. Darr abstained because she had not attended the May 13 meeting; the motion carried 4–0–1.
