At the May 21 meeting the Chichester Heritage Commission agreed that two internal groups would follow up on properties identified in the commission's building survey and report back at the next meeting. The commission also decided to ask the town office to staple the commission's building survey form to the paperwork provided for demolition of buildings.
Commissioner Lucille Noel said she would call Building Inspector Robert Garside to discuss the procedure. The commission also noted there was no new information on the Main Street brochure; research on the condition of town historic signs and the library cannons will be taken up at the next meeting.
The actions are procedural follow-ups rather than formal approvals; no motions or votes were recorded on these items.
