The Landover Hills Town Council voted at its Jan. 13, 2025 workshop to authorize a one-year contract with Now Technologies Inc. (NTI) for information-technology services and directed Town Manager Rommel Pazmino to sign the agreement.
Mayor Jeffrey Schomisch introduced the contract included in the council packet and asked for a motion. Councilmember Todd Over moved to authorize the town manager to sign a one-year contract with NTI; Councilmember Glenda Johnson seconded the motion. According to the meeting record, all present voted in favor and the motion was approved.
Council members did not record further conditions or an amended scope in the minutes. The contract was described as a one-year engagement; staff will proceed with execution and administration under the town manager's authority.
