Resident urges Select Board to consider lot-rent stabilization after reporting unsafe water at Marshwood Estates

Chair Widi asked her to share the Sanford ordinance with the Town Manager and to prepare a short summary for Board consideration.
Board members acknowledged the concern and agreed to consider the request at a future meeting. The Board made no immediate policy decision at the session and did not set a date for further action.
