Okauchee Lake district accepts April financials, approves payments and minutes

The Okauchee Lake Management District accepted its treasurer’s report for the period ending April 30, 2025 and approved routine payments and amended minutes during its May 12 meeting.
Treasurer Doug Larson reported total revenues of $418,672.19, total expenditures of $43,704.58, and a budgeted balance of $374,967.61. Commissioner Bruce Mueller moved to accept the treasurer’s report; Commissioner Brian Sichi seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Larson also noted an extra April expense to JNI Promotions for newsletter printing and distribution. Sichi moved to approve payments submitted from April 22 through May 21, 2025; Mueller seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
In addition, T. Godar proposed amendments to the April 21, 2025 draft minutes. Mueller moved to approve the minutes as amended; Sichi seconded and the board approved them without dissent.
All financial motions were approved with no recorded opposition. The board set a future budget meeting as an agenda item.
