Brian Sichi said he is developing a chemical‑application app to support treatment operations and that DNR staff have offered to assist with that effort.
Dee Schriver and Foley both thanked district staff and DNR contacts for their roles in revising and submitting the plan. No formal vote text beyond the announcement was recorded in the minutes; the presenters characterized the plan as approved and available for implementation.
