The Muscoda Village Board entered closed session Dec. 2 under Wis. SS 19.85(1)(e) to discuss Revolving Loan Fund applicant #25-01.
The motion to enter closed session was made by Seifert and seconded by Miller; the roll-call vote was recorded as Yes: Miller, Hill, Seifert, Wiederholt and Imhoff. Chief Schramm and Wardell left the room for the closed-session discussion. Administrator Cinda Johnson reported that RLF applicant #25-01, identified in the minutes as Zephyr Winds, had contacted the village and was ready to proceed. Johnson said the RLF documents had been updated and that Attorney Wood had approved the minor changes. She added that Zephyr Winds provided updated, confidential financial information and wire instructions; Johnson stated that once the loan documents are signed and notarized, funds will be transferred.
The meeting reconvened in open session on motion Wiederholt, second Seifert (roll-call yes: Miller, Hill, Seifert, Wiederholt and Imhoff), and the minutes record no open-session vote authorizing immediate disbursement of loan proceeds.
