On a separate motion, Councilmember Dustin Madden moved to approve a single-bid waiver for CDBG Commercial Rehabilitation Project #23-CR-006 and award the contract for work at Perfect Print, LLC to Keller Construction and Fencing for $316,263. Councilmember Lisa Anstaett seconded; the motion carried unanimously and authorized the mayor to sign required documents.
