The board approved a local driveway permit for Map 13 Lot 24 after noting the property already held a New Hampshire Department of Transportation permit for the state-maintained road. Town Administrator Jamie A. Pike said he would ask the Planning Board to review the Town's driveway regulations following comments from Mr. Kendall that local enforcement of the permit requirement has been inconsistent.
In a non-public session entered under RSA 91-A:3, II(b), the Select Board voted to offer the full-time highway position to Henry Hardwick, subject to a background check and a proposed start date of July 1, 2026; the board voted to exit non-public at 6:12 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 6:13 p.m.
