Officials consider chemical weed control and contractor options for law enforcement center yard

Speakers debated whether chemical treatment or other methods (mowing/shredding) are feasible; several members said the county lacks a shredder and emphasized that any chemical application would need a licensed contractor.
The group asked staff to seek a contractor and to report back next month with options and costs for periodic maintenance or chemical control.
