• Approval of minutes (Feb. 11, 2026): Selectman Michael Blaudschun moved to approve the minutes as recorded; Don Carlisle seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
• Approval of manifest (Feb. 18, 2026): Selectman Michael Blaudschun moved to approve the manifest as presented; Brenna Kucinski seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
• Funding for Nelson Town Band (2026 Memorial Day): Selectman Michael Blaudschun moved to approve funding for the Nelson Town Band; Don Carlisle seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
• Draft zoning notice for potential violation: The board directed staff to draft a letter notifying the property owner of a pending zoning violation and set May 1, 2026 as the compliance date unless corrective action is taken.
