Staff has issued limited grading and foundation permits for initial work but said the developer cannot proceed vertical until final engineering review of the relocated detention pond is complete and the letter of credit is in place.
The presentation noted the planning and zoning commission reviewed related plats and that some plat changes were needed to reflect entrance and drainage revisions. Staff described the matter as largely housekeeping to correct plats to match as‑built or revised designs.
