Rittenberg III addressed the Board to provide context, Board member Larry Bishop moved and Board member Bradford Jones seconded a motion to table the matter to allow legal counsel to discuss and provide further clarification or alternatives for the professional corporation to consider. The motion passed unanimously. Mr. Samson and Mr. Rittenberg then departed the meeting.
