An applicant clarified her last name for the record during the meeting and confirmed that the trim repair was included in the submitted work. A commission member said the modern-looking railing system appears compatible with the house’s historic appearance after reviewing photographs.
A motion to approve the certificate was made, seconded and carried on roll call. Staff will issue the certificate (HDCR20260091 as listed in the packet) and follow up on the administrative approval for window trim replacement.
