After discussion the board voted to table the fuel/diesel contract decision to allow staff to obtain clearer bid comparatives and to revisit the item at a subsequent meeting.
Other approvals included adding a staff dress‑code guideline (referred to as "Jean's proposal") to the district handbook and approving a package of MSBA policy updates while excluding three specific policy letters (AF, BBA and BF) for further review.
Next steps: staff will obtain clarifying information from fuel bidders, finalize paperwork for Holcomb Engineering, and place the remaining policy items on the next consent agenda for further action.
