Beacon Falls selectmen approve midyear transfers, award Maple/Century/Division street bid

Motions to approve the transfers and related items were made and seconded by board members and carried by unanimous vote where recorded; the sludge-processing transfer was flagged for town-meeting consideration. The items will proceed to the Board of Finance or the town meeting as required by the established process.
