Members also considered physical protections for a stop sign that has repeatedly been run over — options included installing jersey rails, raising the sign to proper height and using a more durable coating or high‑visibility paint. Public Works was directed to contact Chris Hagan to identify coating products that would resist wear.
On parks, the council discussed corn being left on the boat ramp at Drummond City Park and reminded the public that leaving food for wildlife is a violation of state law; no enforcement action was recorded in the meeting minutes.
