Committee flags staffing shifts, Title IX capacity and policy support as key needs

District staff responded that they will assign trained personnel for Title IX investigations and consider short‑term reliance on model policy language from the New Hampshire School Board Association if needed.
District staff described planned Title IX investigator training through ATIXA and behavior-intervention/threat-assessment (BITTA) training for appropriate staff. A staff member suggested a small internal legislative or policy subgroup to track education bills and bring vetted drafts to the committee in the coming months.
No formal action was taken; the superintendent will follow up on who will deliver Title IX and policy drafts to the committee and whether external model language should be used during the personnel transition.
